This notice explains the information collected by IRC AI’s application form and the separate illustrative recruiting demo.
When you apply for a role
The form collects your name, email, selected role and resume. You may also choose to provide your phone number, current location, professional profile and a short message. We record an application reference, submission time and your consent to the review.
These application details and your resume are stored on IRC AI’s hosted application service. Access to the application inbox and resume downloads is restricted to authorized IRC recruiting staff. Resumes are not published with the role directory or automatically forwarded to a client. The team uses your application to assess the opportunity and contact you about relevant next steps.
Please upload only information relevant to your application. PDF, DOC and DOCX files up to 10 MB are accepted. Client names are withheld from the directory; the recruiting team will discuss appropriate client information during its review.
To request correction or deletion of your application and resume, contact elena@internationalrecruit.net, quoting your application reference if available. Authorized staff can remove an application and its uploaded resume from the inbox.
The service uses limited, short-lived submission counters to reduce automated abuse. Counter keys use hashes of an email or network address and an hourly window; raw network addresses are not stored in the application database.
The interactive sample demo
All profiles in the recruiting demonstration are fictional. They illustrate workflows and do not represent actual candidates or an assessment of anyone’s suitability for a job.
Job descriptions, sample matching, shortlist selections and preview edits in that demo are processed in your browser session. They are separate from the application form and are not saved in the application inbox. Reloading the page clears that demo’s working state. Downloads remain on your device.
Candidate ranking in the demo uses transparent skill-keyword matching. Outreach and scheduling actions are previews: they do not send messages, create interviews or connect to an ATS, calendar or proprietary talent database.
Contact and hosting services
The sales contact form opens a draft in your email application. You decide whether to send that email. Submitting the candidate application form instead saves an application and resume directly to the recruiting inbox; a success message and application reference confirm receipt.
This website loads typography from Google Fonts when available. It adds no advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting and sign-in services may process operational and access information according to their own policies. The recruiting inbox uses ChatGPT sign-in and a separate staff access check.
